The Cal Poly student chapter of Society of Petroleum Engineers focuses on introducing and emphasizing the various aspects of the petroleum industry to engineering students on campus. The club meets on a biweekly basis to discuss field trips to industry sites or to feature different industry representatives discussing what their company does in the oil industry.
