2005 RoboRodentia entry
For the competition, the Robotics Club successfully accomplished their goal: to create a sophisticated ball collection robot, implementing experimental mechanical and intelligence systems. The robot collected all three ground balls and both upper bonus balls. It also featured a panning camera that can track the line and locate balls down untraveled paths. An intelligent navigation algorithm complemented this vision system. For more information, please go to their Robotics Club website.
