I am a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Mechanical Engineering Department at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). I earned my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology (SUT) in Poland in 2024. My research focuses on thermo-fluid science, with particular interest in multiphase flows, turbulent flows, and heat transfer. I have hands-on experience in experimental fluid dynamics, including hydrodynamic testing and high-speed imaging, as well as high-fidelity numerical simulations. In my Ph.D. project, I have explored the effect of dissolved air on the cavitation. In addition to my research, I have taught undergraduate mechanical engineering courses such as fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. I’ve been honored with several academic awards, including being named one of the Top-100 Outstanding Young Researchers by the Foundation for Polish Science in 2023 and receiving the Best Ph.D. Student Award at SUT in 2022 and 2023.
